Everyone entering the premises must have a ticket
Minimum age restrictions are in place, children must be 3 years or older to go onto the ice, and all children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult 16+

What are the ticket prices?
Each sessions lasts 45 minutes. There are various prices dependant on times and dates, please ensure you familiarise yourselves prior to booking. These prices include skate hire.
- Off peak: £6 per person, or £22 Family of 4
- Standard: £7 per person, or £26 Family of 4
- Peak: £8 per person, or £30 Family of 4
- Premium: £9 per person, or £34 Family of 4
Will I have to wear a face covering?
Yes and no…
Yes, you due to current Government guidelines will have to wear a face covering when on our premises.
No, you will not have to wear a face covering when you are on the skate surface! But you will have to put one on when in any other area of our premises.
Do I have to book in advanced?
Yes, you must book and pay for all ice skating sessions (Including spectator tickets) in advances through our website HERE or Box Office (01255 686633 – Option 1). If you have not booked in advance, you will not be able to gain access to the venue or use the rink.
When should I arrive in time for my session?
Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before your skating session is due to start. This allows enough time to get into the venue, reduce queuing times and make sure you have the correct size skates.
Do you accept card payment?
Yes, we accept card in all areas. We encourage card payment to reduce physical contact, so where possible please pay with card.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or transfers on any purchased tickets unless session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance you will be able to transfer your ticket to another session (subject to availability), or request a full refund.
Our Covid-19 promise – If we are forced to close due to Government restrictions full refunds will be issued.
Can I spectate while my children or family are skating?
Yes, we offer spectator tickets for £1 for those who do not wish to skate.
Can I bring my own skates?
No, due to the nature of synthetic ice we only allow our in-house ice skates to be used. Displayed prices include skate hire.
Are toilets available?
Yes, there are toilets on site. Including easily accessible disabled toilets.
Is there parking available?
Do you have ice skating aids?
Yes, we have ice skating aids are available to hire at an additional cost £3.50. Pre-booking is essential as we only have a limited number of aids available. If you forgot to add this to your original booking, please call the Box Office (01255 686633 – Option 1) and we can add this to your booking (Subject to availability)
Are there any age restrictions, what is the youngest age a child can go onto the ice?
Yes, all children must be 3 years or older to go onto the ice.
Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?
Yes, skaters aged 3 to 15 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult 16+ years on the ice at all time.
Will there be food and drink available?
Yes, there will be light refreshments available from vending machines including a variety of snacks, cold and hot drinks.
Can I take photographs on the Ice Rink?
If you are spectating then you can take photographs of your friends and family, but for safety reasons you cannot take pictures whilst on the ice. Please respect the rules that are in place for the safety of yourself and others.
What should I do if I do not receive my ticket in time, or I’ve lost my ticket?
Don’t worry, we can locate your booking on arrival. If you can’t remember if you booked, or are worried feel free to speak to the Box Office (01255 686633 – Option 1) and we’ll look into it.
Will the Ice Rink be closed if there is bad weather?
No, we are an indoor venue. The adverse weather conditions won’t affect us.
I am a wheelchair user, can I book to skate on the ice?
No, unfortunately we do not have suitable ice skating aids for wheelchair users. However, our venue is easily accessible and spectator tickets are available.
Can I skate on Christmas Day?
No, unfortunately we are closed on Christmas Day. Merry Christmas!
Are there places near to the Ice Skating Rink to do my Christmas shopping?
Yes, there are many local businesses, and restaurants near-by. We are a short walking distance from the Town Centre.
