Any items of lost property that is handed in to the Box Office and Theatre Management will be stored securely with a record of where the item was found. If you have lost an item during your visit at the Theatre please call the Box Office on 01255 686633 (Option 1). Please note you may be asked to verify your ticket details or provide identification.

It is at the discretion of the Theatre but some of our shows do have a period where people are held back until an appropriate point in the production to reduce any possible disturbance to other audience members. But for most of the shows we will either get you to your seat or an available seat at the back of your selection.

Please note: Running times may not be available until the night of the performance. Any performance running times are provided as guidance only. Due to the nature of live Theatre running times may vary slightly.

Most of our shows have a 20 minute interval which will give patrons the opportunity to purchase a drink from the bar or treat yourself to an ice cream from our concession area.

Some shows may contain strobe lighting, smoke or other special effects. Posters will be displayed in the foyer and auditorium for all shows that contain such effects. If you do require further information, please contact the Box Office or speak to a member of the Front of House team who will be happy to help.

Some touring shows sell merchandise. This is generally set up either in the auditorium or box office.

From time to time special offers such as early bird tickets or money off discounts are offered. Any discounts on offer are sent out to customers that have opted in to receive mail/emails. If you would like to receive future promotion codes please opt in to emails/mail when making your booking.
