Book with Confidence – Covid-19 Guarentee

We understand that our customers may be hesitant to book a show in the future but would like to reassure you that should a show be cancelled or postponed you can either move to the new date, have a full refund, or exchange for a theatre voucher.

We have undertaken Covid-19 Risk Assessments and shared the results and measures with staff. Safety measures and procedures have been introduced in line with Government, Public Health and industry guidance.

We will also ensure that we adapt to any future changes in legislation which may mean seating plans will need to be altered to accommodate social distancing. Should this be necessary we will notify customers accordingly.
