Opening Times
Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 4.30pm, Friday 9am – 4.15pm & Saturday 9.30am – 3.30pm. The Box Office is also open 45 minutes before curtain up on show days.

Tickets for shows are available online, in person by visitng Visitor Information Centre, Clacton Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, Essex, CO15 1SE or by telephone call our box office on 01255 686633. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Please note we strictly offer no exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased.

Group Discounts
We are pleased to offer a group discount rate of buying ten tickets and get one ticket free. We can occasioanlly offer school discounts for certain shows, please contact us for further information.

The Princes Theatre aims to be accessible and welcoming to all and well are committed to making your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Disabled people who are unable to attend without assistance may bring a personal assitant for free (proof of DLA will be required). Please inform the box office of any special requirements at the time of booking. The theatre is accessible by wheelchair and also has an induction loop system.

High Street Car Park, accessible from Carnarvon Road is available from 6.00pm to 8.00am free of charge and has up to 200 spaces. There is also plenty of street parking available after 6pm.

Our bar is open 45 minutes before the performance and during intervals. We offer an adavance ordering service to avoid the rush during intervals. A selection of sweets and ice creams are also available to purchase.

Mobile Phones
We ask that you consider others, and please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off during performance.

We do not permit the use of e-cigarettes or vaping indoors. This is inline with World Health Organisation Guidance.
