Everyone is welcome at the Princes Theatre and we will do whatever we can to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Staff are available to help both before and during your visit, so please ask us if you need any assistance.
To ensure any special requirements you have are met, we ask that all adults who are registered disabled, use a wheelchair or have specific seating or access requests to contact the Box Office (
01255 686633 – Option 1).
Wheelchair spaces are not available to book online.
Free Carer Policy
Adults that are registered disabled and unable to attend without the assistance of a companion may bring a personal assistant for free (to be eligible for a free carer you will need to be in receipt of the enhanced rate of DLA/PIP and will be required to provide proof).
Access cards with the +1 symbol are also accepted.
